Pay Periods in RealTime are completely admin-definable. Pay Periods can be any length, from 7-days, to 15-days, to an entire month at a time. This allows you the flexibility to fit RealTime
to YOUR processes.
Pay Periods are simply defined by a begin date and end date, as well as a Pay Period Description (for identification purposes). Once your pay periods are defined, users can begin
entering time entry data. It's that easy!
Two Dates, That's It
A Pay Period in RealTime is simply defined by the starting date and ending date of your company pay period.
Define the Pay Period Hours
Set the number of hours in a pay period to help track potential overages by employees. Additionally, this value is useful on pay period summary reports and trend reports.
Prepopulate Future Pay Periods
Pay Periods can be setup for years in advance all at once. Once a Pay Period is setup in RealTime, it is likely that you
will never have to modify that Pay Period again.
