Define Custom Fields

You can define numeric fields, text fields, selectable lists, Yes/No fields and more when defining custom fields. Additionally, assign a default value to your custom field and have that value automatically applied to any Projects you already have setup in RealTime.

Assign a Job to many users

When you create a Project in RealTime, you can quickly assign that project to one or many users at once by selecting those users from a list provided to you during Project creation.

Setup Sort Groups for Timesheet display

Do you want certain Projects to appear at the top of the list on the Timesheet entry page? If so, you can create custom "Sort Groups" to accomplish for you.
