From security settings to timesheet display settings, the RealTime administrator can turn on and off various functions to make RealTime work FOR YOU.

Time Entry Settings

You can set the threshold for overdue timesheets, check whether or not time is being entered ahead of time, set comments to be mandatory and many other functions to control Time Entry.

Security Settings

Set the maximum age for a password from 1 to 999 days. You can also control the complexity requirements of passwords in order to better protect user credentials. RealTime takes your security concerns seriously!

Proxy Settings

You can determine whether or not you want to allow Proxy Relationships within RealTime. Additionally, you can set whether or not an approver has automatic Proxy Privileges for the timesheet users they approve for.
