RealTime provides other "support" tables for you to make the RealTime system fit your needs. You can setup your company's Holiday schedule so that holidays are
denoted on the RealTime timesheet. You can also create a list of RealTime Contacts for users to ask questions relating to the RealTime system.
Additionally, you can create custom system or user messages to disseminate important information to your RealTime users when they logon. These are among the
many different maintenance functions you can perform as a RealTime administrator.
Holiday Schedules
Your holiday schedules can be setup years in advance. Based on System Settings, you can require users to enter time on Holidays
or you can turn this feature off. Additionally, holidays will be color coded on the Timesheet for easy identification.
Who helps the User?
Setup RealTime Contacts for users with questions relating to Timekeeping, Payroll, Accounting or other topics that you define. These
are completely customizable to accommodate your needs.
Setup "Required Reading" Messages
When you create System or User Messages, you can mark these messages as "Required Reading". This means that when the message is
displayed to the user, the message will not be cleared unless a checkbox is checked by the user, thus better ensuring your message is read.
