User setup and maintenance is a snap with RealTime. In addition to the ease of use, User setup is also flexible providing many different options for customization to your needs in a timekeeping system without compromising your core processes.

Each user can be assigned custom fields that YOU define. In addition, the users normal working days can be assigned as well. This will help you track delinquent timesheet entry via the RealTime Reporting option. There are many options available to you when creating users in RealTime!

Custom Fields

Define and assign custom fields to your users to provide greater flexibility. Custom fields can be both admin-editable AND user-editable. You control how a field is defined.

Assign Routing Slips to your Users

When you create a user, you can also assign custom Routing Slips for document approvals.

Assign Multiple "Payroll Types"

Each user can have multiple payroll types to track their time with. This is handly when you have users who are paid for overtime or holiday hours.
