RealTime Demo - Inside the RealTime Timesheet

RealTime allows users to customize thier timesheet to display only "common" projects and tasks. Administrative tasks such as Holiday Time, Sick Time, Vacation Time and other seldom-used tasks can be hidden from the main Timesheet Entry window and summarized via a Hidden Projects summary.

Even though Projects are hidden, this does not mean that the user cannot easily record time against them. With the click of a mouse, hidden projects can be displayed again, time can be entered, and then the projects can be hidden once again.

Controlled by the User

In a matter of seconds, users can select and deselect jobs that are on the "Hidden Jobs" list. This list can be changed as often as the user likes, thus providing a flexible, convenient workspace.

Summarized By Each Day

When projects are hidden on a timesheet, the hours that comprise the hidden projects are summarized at the bottom of the timesheet in the "Hidden Jobs Summary" section for easy reference.

Hide and Unhide with a click of a mouse

Hidden Job settings are stored for each user, thus, when Hidden Jobs are hidden or shown, the list of hidden jobs is maintained for convenience.
