RealTime allows users to customize thier timesheet to display only "common" projects and tasks. Administrative tasks such as Holiday Time, Sick Time, Vacation Time and other seldom-used tasks can be
hidden from the main Timesheet Entry window and summarized via a Hidden Projects summary.
Even though Projects are hidden, this does not mean that the user cannot easily record time against them. With the click of a mouse, hidden projects can be displayed again, time can be entered, and then
the projects can be hidden once again.
Controlled by the User
In a matter of seconds, users can select and deselect jobs that are on the "Hidden Jobs" list. This list can be changed as often as
the user likes, thus providing a flexible, convenient workspace.
Summarized By Each Day
When projects are hidden on a timesheet, the hours that comprise the hidden projects are summarized at the bottom of the timesheet in the "Hidden Jobs Summary" section
for easy reference.
Hide and Unhide with a click of a mouse
Hidden Job settings are stored for each user, thus, when Hidden Jobs are hidden or shown, the list of hidden jobs is maintained for convenience.
