RealTime Demo - Inside the RealTime Timesheet

The power of RealTime is realized in the "Electronic Signature" feature of the system. You no longer have to print timesheets for users to sign and have them manually signed by their supervisor.

Once a user signs a timesheet, the timesheet is automatically routed to their supervisor's RealTime Inbox for approval. Additionally, automated email notifications can be sent to the supervisor summarizing the timesheets awaiting their approval.

Secure Signing

To ensure Timesheets are signed by the correct person, the user will have to reconfirm their logon credentials when signing a timesheet. This means that an "unlocked workstation" is not exposed to unauthorized timesheet signatures or approvals.

Convenient Inbox for Pending Approvals

For those users who approve timesheets, a flashing "Inbox" light will appear when that user has documents waiting for their signature.

Data Encryption

When a document is signed, the contents of that document is serialized and encrypted using AES encryption, to protect against tampering: another security feature provided by the RealTime system.
